The term "KARMA" embodies the profound insights our founder acquired during a transformative solo journey to India, where the making of the business began. Karma is not merely a binary concept of good or bad actions, but a reminder that the choices we make (big and small) have a far-reaching impact, often more potent than we initially realize. We consciously embrace a mindful and intentional way of life, infusing these values into every facet of our brand. Each decision we make is meticulously considered, aimed at creating a positive influence on our community, team, retail partners, customers, suppliers, and the environment. The "ELEVEN" in our name symbolizes our commitment to giving back, a principle deeply embedded in our inception. Our pledge is to contribute 11% of our net profits to causes that can help the less fortunate. Our support of animal rescue efforts in India has evolved into a range of social initiatives, all guided by our interest in effective altruism and contributing to a better world.
OUR JOURNEY: Karma Eleven's journey began with a spontaneous yet transformative apprenticeship in India. There, our founder was mentored by two brothers who shared anancestral business knowledgeable in the sourcing of unique and genuine stones and the polished art of jewelry making. This experience ignited the spark that would become Karma Eleven—a brand inspired by the vibrant cultures and rich traditions of India. Today Karma Eleven’s journey takes us around the world in sourcing these remarkable stones. Our trusted suppliers have stood alongside us for 2 to 7 years, forming strong, enduring partnerships. We meticulously curate our gem selections, attending gem shows and exercising discernment in what we offer, ensuring the quality and authenticity of every stone.
OUR TEAM: Our cosy Vancouver studio is where each piece of Karma Eleven jewelry is crafted by our small team of artistic, creative women. Every design is a reflection of our dedication to craftsmanship and attention to detail. We believe that handmade jewelry carries a unique charm and soul that mass-produced items simply can't match. We take immense pride in crafting jewelry that is not only beautiful but also built to last. Our commitment to quality is unwavering. We work with the finest materials, including genuine stones, sterling silver, gold vermeil, and 14K gold filled.
