Shipping costs:

Shipping is free on order $500+ or a flat rate of $12 on anything below

Shipping Times:

Standard shipping times: Local - 1 day; Regional - 1 to 3 days; National - 2 to 7 day

Processing Times:

Please allow 3-7 business days from your order to be handmade and shipped

Where do you ship from?

We ship all orders from our office downtown Halifax, Nova Scotia by expedited delivery using Canada Post. 

Note: We will require a signature upon delivery if the contents are $500+. Please provide any special shipping instructions or guidelines at the time the order is placed. 

We will email you a copy of your invoice with tracking information when your order is shipped. 

USA ORDERS

Minimum order / reorder is $250 and we ship via DHL, shipping is free on orders $800+ or a flat rate of $15

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please contact us if you are outside Canada/USA, and we can provide more information regarding shipping costs.
