Returns & Exchanges — Karma Eleven Jewelry
We accept returns within 10 days of delivery. Any return initiated after this 10-day period will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
Returned jewelry must be unworn and in original condition, with all tags still attached. All items are carefully inspected upon arrival. If an item is not in resalable condition, the return will not be approved. Once your return is received, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

Please ensure your package is clearly marked as "RETURN." Any package that arrives with import fees or duties will be automatically refused.

- Sale items are eligible for store credit only
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
- We strongly recommend using tracked shipping, as we cannot issue refunds for packages we do not receive

At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please complete a return according to the policy above and place a new order.
