Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days from the date the order is placed.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Shipping transit times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.


Shipping Within Canada

We offer:

  • $14.99 CAD flat-rate shipping
  • Free shipping on orders over $150 CAD

Shipping to the United States

We offer:

  • $8.99 USD flat-rate shipping
  • Free shipping on orders over $100 USD

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are not collected by Karma Eleven and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot estimate what they may be.


Shipping Upgrades

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Please note that selecting a faster shipping method affects transit time only and does not reduce our standard processing time of 3–5 business days.

If you require an order urgently, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.


Remote Addresses

In some cases, shipping carriers may be adjusted if the selected shipping service is unavailable for the destination or if remote delivery surcharges apply.


Possible Delays

Once a shipment reaches its destination country, it may be subject to customs inspections and clearance procedures.

These delays are outside of Karma Eleven's control and may extend delivery times beyond the estimated shipping window.

We appreciate your patience and understanding.


Delivered Packages

All orders include tracking.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier to the shipping address provided at checkout, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient.

Karma Eleven is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged after confirmed delivery.

If you are unable to locate your package, we recommend first checking with household members, neighbors, building management, mailrooms, or the shipping carrier.

We are always happy to assist in communicating with the carrier and helping guide you through the claims process when possible.


Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused by the recipient, the customer will be responsible for:

  • Original shipping charges
  • Any import duties, taxes, tariffs, or customs fees incurred
  • Return shipping charges assessed by the carrier

Refunds can only be processed once the package has been successfully returned and received by us.

If the package is abandoned, destroyed, or otherwise fails to return to us, a refund cannot be issued.


Gifts

If your order is being sent as a gift, please note that customs regulations require us to declare the actual value of all merchandise shipped internationally.

The purchase value of the item must appear on customs documentation and cannot be altered or omitted.
